Prior to joining The Franklin Team Brokered by eXp Realty LLC. Alicia developed her professional background working in Project and Property Management for over 20 years. She has over a decade of experience in renovation, during which time she specialized in kitchen and bath remodels. My professional background has allowed me to gain industry-specific knowledge, as well as highly transferable skills for my clients to leverage.
Alicia is a Houston native, having grown up in Clearlake with deep roots in the city. I have intimate knowledge of the area that has really been a valuable asset as I guide clients through the home buying process. She is passionate about giving back to the Houston community and is dedicated to doing so by helping her clients find where home is for them.
